PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a 3-port miniaturized optical circulator used for optical communication provided with a light angle adjuster capable of focusing two parallel beams appearing on the same side of the miniaturized optical circulator on two different points. SOLUTION: The 3-port miniaturized optical circulator is provided with a dual-core collimator, the light angle adjuster, a first birefringence device, a first polarization rotator, a second birefringence device, a second polarization rotator, a third birefringence device and a single-core collimator. Polarization dependent loss is reduced, a manufacturing cost is reduced and polarization mode dispersion is eliminated.
