PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer carrying member capable of accomplishing both of a performance of discharging the constant amount of developer and the reduction of residual toner at a low cost. SOLUTION: The developer carrying member 5b for carrying the developer stored in a toner replenishing container (developer container) 5 for storing the developer is constituted by including at least 1st sheet-like carrying blades 5b1 and 5b1' coming into contact with the inside wall of the toner replenishing container 5 and a 2nd carrying blade 5b2 whose rigidity is higher than that of the 1st carrying blades 5b1 and 5b1' and which does not come into contact with the inside wall of the toner replenishing container 5, and the developer is carried in a rotating axis direction with the rotation of the 1st and 2nd carrying blades 5b1, 5b1' and 5b2. |
