PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the need for large force due to large friction resistance between packing and a connection groove, in the case of a lock piece that meanders in connecting plate bodies to each other, by inserting the lock piece at an end edge of the plate body through the packing into the connection groove in the adjacent plate body. SOLUTION: The packing 1 is formed of a hard part 11 provided along its length direction, and a soft part 12 provided along the hard part 11; and an engagement groove 13 is provided in an upper surface formed of the hard part 11 and the soft part 12. While the lock piece 21 is engaged with the engagement groove 13, the hard part 11 is disposed at the connection groove 22, thereby friction resistance is reduced due to the deformation of the soft part 12, while preventing water leakage.
