PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate a folding operation of a seat of a vehicle. SOLUTION: A seat back 8 of the seat 7 has a rear leg 38 extending integrally from the seat back 8, and a lower end of the rear leg 38 is turnably mounted on the vehicle. A front part of a seat cushion 9 is turnably mounted with an upper end of a front leg 22. The seat 7 has a stay 11 connecting a frame 14 of the seat back 8 and a frame 12, and one end of the stay 11 is fixed by bolts 13 to a rear part of the frame 12 and the other end of the stay 11 is turnably mounted on the frame 14 of the seat back 8. When the seat back 8 is inclined forward, the seat cushion 9 is sunk forward and downward, and the seat back 8 is folded onto the seat cushion 9.
