PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a relief-printing device for lap-printing a coating material with the capability of continuously performing a first ordinary printing process and a second localized printing process of a coating material, in a well-arranged manner, as a series of operating steps. SOLUTION: The second printing part 11 for locally printing the coating material is constituted of a drum body 12 and a block 17 mounted in an opening part 18 formed in the drum body 12. The block 17 has a hole 20 opened on both sides and a bar-like body 16 is fitted to both ends of a second film 14 which is wrapped around the drum body 12 and lap-printed with the coating material. The bar-like body 16 is inserted into a gap between the drum body 12 and the block 17 and a stopper 21 is inserted into the hole 20. After that, the second film 14 is wrapped around the outer peripheral face of the drum body 12 and fixed in place.
