PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single-handed cutting aid wherein, while a wrap case is being held by one hand by touching a lever to clip a wrapping film, the wrapping film is cut to a certain length by a cutter provided in the case, whereby wrap film, aluminum foil, paper towel or the like, on the market, can be cut off. SOLUTION: A sucking pad is attached to the bottom of an apparatus body to fix the apparatus body to a smooth surface of a kitchen table or table or to a vertical surface of a smooth wall or a refrigerator through the sucking pad by the suction thereof, whereby the wrapping film or the like can be smoothly cut off even if a pulling force is exerted on the film.
