PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lubrication screw provided with coating material capable of enabling secure screwing work to be securely conducted with stable tightening force and less irregularity, and preventing generation of molding dust. SOLUTION: The coating material 8 is applied to a leg part 3 in which threads 10 for composing this screw 1 are formed, so that lubrication performance is provided to prevent generation of molding dust in molding a female screw 21 in a prepared hole in a workpiece 20 in this lubrication screw provided with the coating material. In fixing a part to the workpiece of soft material, it can be screwed by tightening force of relatively low tightening torque while directly molding the female screw, so that generation of molding dust in screwing work can be eliminated. As generation of the molding dust is eliminated, causes for failure such as short-circuitting in a circuit in an electronic device can be eliminated, and it will not be a cause for a fire. In addition, in removing the screw, molding dust is not generated, thereby induction to failure in repairing the device is also eliminated. |
