PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an on-vehicle operation device capable of stabilizing a hand during operation, and easily and surely performing even a touchy operation. SOLUTION: A support part 2 of L-shaped section is formed on an operation panel 1 provided on a center part of a dash panel as one body. An opening allowing a finger to be inserted is formed between a back surface side of the support part 2 and a front surface of the operation panel 1. A joy stick 3 capable of inputting an operation command with directionality according to an operation of a button part 3a by pressing the button part 3a so as to incline to any of up, down, left and right directions is provided on the front surface of the support part 2.
