PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a shock absorbing system in which an overall weight does not increase and yet can hold a sufficient weight. SOLUTION: A piston 6 is assembled in the first cylinder tube 17 freely in sliding and a piston rod 7 moves together with this piston 6 in one body. An inside room of the first cylinder tube 17 is divided into a bottom side room 10 and bottom room 9 are closed with a bottom side closing part 20 and a rod side closing part 19 individually. The second cylinder tube 18 is equipped outside above first cylinder tube 17 and a tank 13 is equipped between the first cylinder tube 17 and the second cylinder tube 18. Both ends of 17a and 17b are constituted to be connected directly to the rod side closing part 19 and the bottom side closing part 20 with a connecting means.
