PURPOSE:To enhance calcining efficiency of a pulverous particle material by a method wherein excessive heat energy of a high temp. side cyclone flue is heat- exchanged with a low temp. air and the obtained preheated air is supplied to an auxiliary combustion furnace and a kiln burner. CONSTITUTION:A part of the waste gas at a temp. below the calcination temp. is extracted from a lower portion of an outlet flue of high temp. side cyclone and introduced into a heat exchanger and the air having raised pressure by a blower is blown into the flow of said waste gas to be preheated countercurrently. Subsequently, the heat exchanged waste gas is sent into a low temp. side cyclone flue and the preheated air is supplied to an auxiliary combustion furnace and a kiln burner as a combustion air. |
