摘要

PURPOSE:To provide manufacture of a movable core by which cold casting can be achieved without any seizure on metal mold and excellent productivity may be offered. CONSTITUTION:Manufacturing process of a movable cor is employed as a means comprising such processed that a rod shaped or coil shaped raw material is constraint-precision-cut by using working oil including extreme-pressure additive so as to form a reaction layer of such as sulfide and chloride phosphoric oxide on the sectional surface of the raw material, and the sectional surface having the reaction layer is subjected to cold casting so as to become the inner surface of a fuel passage.
