PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the strength of a rotor which is a molded product of a mixture of carbon fibers and a resin, by burying a metal or a metal ring in a position where high stress is applied and to suppress a damage starting from the position. SOLUTION: The metal or a metal ring is buried in a position where a high stress is caused in a cross-section face 1 of a rotor of a centrifuge produced by molding a mixture of carbon fibers and a resin. The metal selected from an aluminum alloy, a magnesium alloy, an iron alloy, and a copper alloy is subjected to a surface treatment by plating, anodization, chemical conversion, a chromate treatment, shot-peening. The surface roughness of the metal ring is controlled to be 3μm or more to improve the adhesion to the resin.
