SOLUTION: In the vertically moving mechanism for the beam F by a ball screw 21 driven by a servometer 25, a bearing 23 on the upper side of the ball screw 21 is fixed to the support plate 27 from a frame easing upper plate 20b, a lower side bearing 22 is fixed to the lower plate 20a of the frame casing G, and an operation window P is formed on the side face of the frame casing G along the ball screw 21. The operation window P is not provided with a horizontal frame, etc., and through this window P, checking/repairing and assembling/dismantling of the ball screw 21, etc., are carried out. And the upper side bearing 23 is made to be a half-divided structure, and by taking out the half-divided cap, the ball screw 21 is enabled to be cut off from the bearing 23. And a cap 26a of a slider 26 for a lift frame 10 is also made half-divided so that the lift frame 10 can be cut off from the ball screw 21.
