PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a waste water disposal apparatus which can suppress the discharge of sludge from a sedimentation separation tank in a simple structure and prevent deterioration in the quality of discharged water. SOLUTION: This waste water disposal apparatus is provided with a treating tank 20 for decomposing organic compound components in waste water by microorganisms, and the sedimentation separation tank 30 for precipitating and separating sludge contained in water that flows in from the treating tank 20 and discharging a supernatant liquid to a discharge destination such as sewage. The outlet 32 of the sedimentation separation tank 30 is equipped with a sludge discharge preventing member (a sludge discharge preventing plate 35 in which a large number of fine openings 35a are formed) for preventing the discharge of the sludge.
