PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a humidifier and an oxygen condenser that do not produce much operating sound and is quiet. SOLUTION: The humidifier 39 is a transparent vessel 71 storing water that is made of a plastic and is covered with a plastic cap 73 and the plastic cap 73 has a cylindrical inlet 75 through which dry oxygen is supplied from a flow rate setter 37 and a cylindrical outlet 77 to supply oxygen to an oxygen outlet 41 from the humidifier 39. A cylindrical pipe 79 made of a plastic is fitted into the inlet 75 from below. The tip side of the pipe 79 is dipped into water in the vessel 71. Furthermore, a bottomed cylindrical bubble filter 83 is externally fitted to the tip of the pipe 79 so as to cover an opening 81 at the tip. The bubble filter 83 is a porous filter made of a plastic, the average pore diameter of which is 50 to 250 μm. |
