PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rotate an ultrasonic transducer by two types of operation modes by providing a two-stage press switch and to extremely facilitate the changeover of the operation mode in a stable state. SOLUTION: A switch box of switches 27 and 28 has a spring-shaped contacts 46 and 47 and a fixed contact 48. An electric motor 21 is operated by a first- stage operation mode electrically connecting the interval between the contacts 47 and 48 by pressing down an elastic operation member 45 by fingers by being guided by a slide guide 44 and a second-stage operation mode connecting the contacts 47 and 48 with the contacts 46 and 47 connected to each other. A pressure receiver part 43a formed into a projecting arc shape is formed in the tip of the operation rod 43, the outer circumference of the receiver part 43a is larger than the diameter of the operation rod 43, and the curvature center of the arc face is on a position of an extension line of the axial center of the operation rod 43.
