PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To correct distortion of a projected image, displacement of a rotation center in the projected image or displacement of a difference image caused by the blurring to prevent reduction of a contrast or resolution of the projected image or a reconstructed image even when the shift blurring of an X-ray detector face, the angle blurring of the detector face or the rotation blurring of the detector face occurs. SOLUTION: In this apparatus, a distance measurement sensor 10, an acceleration sensor 11, an acceleration sensor 12, an acceleration sensor not shown in Figure and an acceleration sensor 13 are installed on a plane parallel to the X-ray detector face of a two-dimensional X-ray detector 7, and the shift blurring of the X-ray detector face, the angle blurring of the detector face and the rotation blurring of the detector face are detected. Based on a detected distance amount and blurring amounts, a calculation device 16 executes image transformation such as parallel translation or rotational transfer to the projected image in a cone beam CT apparatus, a C arm apparatus or the like or a LIVE image (a MASK image) in a rotary DSA apparatus or the like, and positional coordinates of projection data detected by the X-ray detector 7 are corrected. |
