PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder filling orientation device and a press forming device using the powder filling orientation method and a sintering magnet manufacturing method using the powder filling orientation method capable of obtaining a high magnetic property since a desired orientation is permitted at low costs. SOLUTION: The press forming device 10 includes the powder filling orientation device 14, which includes a powder feed box 32 by which powder m is accommodated. A bar-like member 50 is provided in the powder feed box 32, and a linear member 92 is provided in the opening 90 of the powder feed box 32. The powder feed box 32 is transferred to the upper part of a cavity 28 of a die 18, and when the powder feed box 32 is seated on the upper part of the cavity 28, the powder m is filled into the cavity 28 by operating the bar-like member 50 inside the powder feed box 32 in the horizontal direction. The powder is oriented by impressing an orientation magnetic field through the magnetic field generating coil 94 to the powder m inside the cavity. A forming body is obtained by pressing the powder m filled into the cavity 28 with the upper punch 24 and the lower punch 22, and the sintering magnet is manufactured by sintering the forming body.
