摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a car moving distance with precision by removing an error due to gravitational acceleration contained in the output data of an acceleration detecting means while utilizing position measurement data of a satellite position measurement means. SOLUTION: On the basis of the acceleration outputted from an acceleration sensor 2 and that calculated from a car absolute position outputted from a satellite position measurement means 1, the inclination angle of a car is obtained. By using the inclination angle, the error due to gravitational acceleration contained in the acceleration detected by the sensor 2 can be corrected. In addition, when GPS is used as the means 1, an absolute position outputted from the means 1 may contain an error, 30-100m at maximum, so, by using an average value for specified times of acceleration outputted from a satellite- used correction means 7 with an acceleration correcting means 4, the error caused by gravitational acceleration can be removed more accurately, and, with the used of the output data from the sensor 2, a moving distance of high precision can be obtained.
