PURPOSE: An exercise machine with a real time video device is provided to help a user doing much exercise without any sense of boredom by displaying various images changeable according to an exercise speed of a user. CONSTITUTION: The exercise machine(100) such as a health cycle or tread mill comprises plural keys(200) formed on a manipulation panel(110) for setting an exercise environment including a title, a target distance, a time and a target place after a user inputs an ID and a password; an encoder(300) connected to a driving part for reading and outputting data according to the revolution of the driving part; an exclusive program(600) for calculating a speed and a distance of exercise on the basis of the data transmitted from the encoder to a computer(400), and monitoring the environment varying according to the speed of the user on a monitor(500) at real time.
