PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a keyless system capable of solving a problem caused by loss and theft while preventing unauthorized use. SOLUTION: A user connects a movable terminal unit with a locking and unlocking device provided at an entrace of a building to transmit a connection demand to a management server through the Internet from the movable terminal unit (S1). Then, since the transmission of certification information composed of personal ID, a place of the object, and fingerprint data is demanded, the user transmits the certification information data to the management server 13 (S2). The management server receiving the data certifies the personal ID and the fingerprint data and transmits the key number related to the object data to the movable terminal unit when the very person is confirmed (K2). The movable terminal unit outputs this key number to a locking and unlocking unit (S3), and the locking and unlocking device receiving it unlocks a locked cylinder lock to allow opening of a door (Y1).
