PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a search system and a search service which can eliminate duplication, when there is duplication in search conditions that multiple users have registered, and can efficiently conduct search on a reservation search for document information. SOLUTION: In conducting a process of reservation search, duplication is integrated and the searching process is executed, when there is duplication in the registered contents of the searching condition among users' for the result of the search, information about the duplication among users is copied, so as to correspond to the registration of search condition each user wants, and it is expanded by each user's registration of search condition; When there is duplication in the expanded contents, it is eliminated, integrated, and edited into a form which the user desires. The result of the editing is delivered to a mail address, etc., at which the user previously registered.
