PURPOSE: Coupling structure of a bottle and a cap is provided to facilitate an opening manipulation of the cap and the outflow of content received in the bottle, and to fix the cap on the bottle after opening the cap. CONSTITUTION: In the coupling structure of a bottle and a cap constructed so that a cap(20) integrally formed with a cutting groove(30) is fastened into an outflow hole(40) integrally formed on a bottle body(10), the body is additionally formed with a toothed projection(11) and the cap is additionally formed with another toothed projection(21) connected with the cutting groove, thereby making the cutting groove broken during the opening of the cap.
