PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information recording medium processing device and an information recording medium processing method which is applied to this information recording medium, capable of reducing load on a user and enhancing serviceability to the user. SOLUTION: In the card processing method for processing an ID card for storing amount of money information, a CPU 242 reads the amount of money information memorized in a first IC card and the amount of money information stored in a second IC card via a radio communication part 256, accepts designation of the amount of money transferred between the first IC card and the second IC card on a transferred amount of money designation screen, indicated on an indication part 202 and transfers the designated amount of money between the first IC card and the second IC card. |
