PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high energy-saving effect by enhancing heat insulating performance of a door without impairing the function of the commodity carrying-out door. SOLUTION: This automatic vending machine has the flapper type commodity carrying-out door 7 in a commodity carrying-out port for communicating with a commodity takeout port outside of a magazine by arranging a cooling/heating unit combined with a commodity housing rack, a commodity carrying-out chute, and a magazine inside fan in the magazine of a cabinet formed as a heat insulating casing. A heat insulating cover 10 is laid on a door plate of the commodity carrying-out door 7, and a lightweight heat insulating material 11 such as foaming styrene is filled between the commodity carrying-out door and the heat insulating cover to reduce a heat loss by enhancing the heat insulating performance of the door without impairing the funation of the commodity carrying-out door.
