The recess 11b and projection 11c of the core 18 are formed at a position apart from the inner-periphery surface 19a of the frame 19 inward with a predetermined spatial distance L, and at the same time and bridge wire 17 for connecting the coils 16 is wired near the recess 11b and projection 11c.
