PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To transfer a call without fail, even if each of different transfer requirements is satisfied, when an incoming call is received and forwarding parties are different depending on the transfer requirements. SOLUTION: When an incoming call is received and the call has to be transferred, if the calling party is one specified by the forwarding party, (ST1, ST2) that the calling party is in compliance with the party specified by the forwarding party is stored. Then, when the incoming call has been received within a time period specified for transferring a call, (ST3, ST4) that the call has been received from the calling party within the specified time period is stored. When the requirements for both the specified calling party and the specified transfer time period are satisfied (ST5), and if the forwarding party with the specified time period for transferring a call is in compliance with the specified calling party (ST7), the received call is transferred to the specified forwarding party.
