PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic remote controller where a receiver side can selectively use a line phone or a mobile phone (or PHS) so as to allow the remote controller to flexibly cope with the state of an installed side and the selection. SOLUTION: When a signal sent from a remote place is received at home by using the mobile phone or the like, the receiver side provides a function of utilizing both the line phone and a mobile communication unit such as a mobile phone, and a connected device has a learning remote control function so as to easily store infrared ray emission LED output specifications for an air-conditioner or the like which are different by each manufacturer and to activate the air-conditioner or the like, thereby solving the task above.
