PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system capable of recognizing a normal card owner securely and detecting an illegal user by forgery. SOLUTION: In the settlement by a credit card, a distinguishing number is given to a terminal unit at a store reading card information, and position information corresponding to the distinguishing number is retrieved at a certification center. The cellular phone number of a portable terminal unit carried by a credit card user is retrieved from the card information to detect a current position of the portable terminal unit, and the current position of the portable terminal unit is compared with a position of the terminal unit at the store to judge whether the credit card user is the normal card owner or not. |
