PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network handling type printer device decreasing process loads of a host computer and shortening process time by preventing increase of process loads of the host computer even when HTML documents from the Internet is printed out. SOLUTION: A printer section 8 comprises a network I/F 10 to perform two-way data communication with the host computer 4 via LAN 7, a receiving buffer section 11 to temporarily store data received from the I/F 10, an HTML interpreter section 12 to translate the HTML data, a print control section 13 to interpret the translated data from the section 12 and generate final print data, a print engine 14 formed of a paper feeding mechanism, a printer head, etc., and a network control section 15 to control the I/F 10 and the section 11. |
