PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positioning device miniaturizable with little power consumption without causing residual vibration and preventing vertical load applied to a workpiece, from being transmitted to a plane moving mechanism. SOLUTION: This positioning device for adjusting the position of a workpiece by the movement of a plane moving body 12 in the plane moving mechanism, is constituted to transmit vertical load applied to the workpiece mounted to a roller storage body 32, to a fixed guide by linkage attained by connecting the roller storage body 32 slidably mounted to a fixed guide rail 34 of a roller guide mechanism 30, to the plane moving body 12 arranged below. The plane moving mechanism is constituted by connecting the plane moving body 12 and an outer fixed frame 19 by a deformable member 14 and installing a driving means for moving the plane moving body 12 while elastically deforming the deformable member 14. |
