PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a user information controlling device that enables user information needed for a server computer to be sent automatically responding to the request of the server computer, keeping necessary security with respect to user information. SOLUTION: A client computer 1 stores a plurality of user information along with a special information for defining each user information in an external memorizing device 14. When receiving the request for sending user information from a server computer 2, the client computer retrieves from the external memorizing device 14 the user information defined by the special information included in the received information of the request for sending user information, and displays the retrieved information on a displaying part 17. When the user approves to send the displayed information, the client computer 1 send the user information to the server computer 2.
