PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a halogen-free olefin resin composition excellent in at least one characteristic among durability, oil resistance, high temperature flexibility, abrasion resistance and slight whitening. SOLUTION: In the resin composition comprising a filler of which the particle surface is coated with the first polymer having affinity with the filler and the second polymer, the first and second polymers are selected in order to meet at least one of the following properties: the first and second polymers have 3% or less saturated water absorption in dipping; the first polymer has less than 50% crystallinity and the second has 50% or more; the first has less than 100 deg.C melting point or softening temperature, the second has 100 deg.C ore more; hardness or flexural modulus of the second is higher than that of the first.
