PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double pipe exhaust manifold capable of preventing the breakage of a meshlike interval holding body due to the contact of a rear bead having a high temperature in a process in which divided external pipes constituting a cylindrical external pipe are assembled by welding and the fusion of the external pipe with the meshlike interval holding body without worsening the on-vehicle mutiny property. SOLUTION: This double pipe exhaust manifold 2 is constituted such that it is provided with an internal pipe 4, the meshlike interval holding body 6 mounted at the outer periphery of the internal pipe 4, and the external pipe 5 slidably mounted in the axial direction relative to at least the internal pipe 4 at the outer periphery of the interval holding body 6, the external pipe 5 is divided into two in the radial direction, fringe parts on both sides of both divided external pipes 51, 51 dividsd into two are mutually overlapped in the radial direction, and the overlapped parts 5a, 5a are joined and integrated by welding. The both overlapped parts 5a, 5a of the divided external pipes 51, 51 are swelled to the outside to from clearances t, t among the overlapped parts 5a, 5a and the meshlike interval holding body 6.
