METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING WOODY FLOOR MATERIAL

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a woody floor material capable of stably dispersing an essential oil component in a higher accuracy for a long time in a range of about 10 to 30 deg.C. SOLUTION: A method for manufacturing the woody floor material comprises the step of adding a tree essential oil component to at least two positions selected from the group consisting of a surface coating film of the floor material, a woody veneer adhering adhesive and a rear surface of a base material of the floor material. In this case, an adding amount of the essential oil component is decided according to a predetermined procedure by using formulas with target values of a using environment and essential oil component discharging lifetime as parameters.
