PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve an acoustic measurement arrangement and method for measuring a fluid temperature momentally comprising means 12, 14, 16, 18, 20; 48, 48', 60, 54, 62 for monitoring acoustic velocity in a fluid and generating output signals about the acoustic velocity, and signal processors 4; 46 constituted to receive the output signals so as to measure the momental fluid temperature TA. SOLUTION: Conventional temperature sensors 6; 58 are provided further to measure a fluid temperature TS and to generate output signals as to the temperature, and the signal processors receive the output signals from the sensors and find the momental fluid temperature TA based on the output signals.
