PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zoom lens which has optical performance over an entire variable power range at a vibrationproof time and whose entire mechanism small-sized and is made light in weight and to provide a photographing device having the zoom lens. SOLUTION: This zoom lens possesses the first group (F) of positive refracting power, the second group (V) of negative refracting power moved at the time of variable power, the third group (C) of the negative refracting power moved at the time of the variable power and the fourth group (R) of the positive refracting power in order from an object side, and the fourth group possesses the IS group (IS) of the negative refracting power, and the IS group is moved so as to obtain a component in a direction perpendicular to an optical axis, so that an image is displaced. |
