PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To ensure sufficient bending strength even at the weakest place of bending strength, and to obtain sufficient bending strength and tensile strength immediately after the execution of works, reducing the number of reinforcing pins as much as possible and without using a metal for a member for assuring bond strength, solving the complicatedness of the positioning of the place of connection at a site. SOLUTION: In a method for bonding two or more of composite sleepers 1a and 1b by abutting end sections in the longitudinal direction of the composite sleepers, the end sections to be connected of the composite sleepers 1a and 1b are formed mutually in connecting sections 2a and 2b having a mutually complementary shape, the connecting sections 2a and 2b are formed extending over fixed length in the longitudinal direction from the end sections, a reinforcing plate 3 extending over both sleepers 1a and 1b is installed onto at least one surfaces of the top faces, undersides or both side faces of the composite sleepers 1a and 1b, the reinforcing plate 3 is bonded on the surfaces of both composite sleepers 1a and 1b, and both sleepers 1a and 1b are engaged in the longitudinal direction in the case of the execution of works.
