摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method to make quantitative sensing without applying a label previously to protein, a lipid, or nucleic acid when such is to be sensed by forming a complex body with a peptide probe using a peptide array. SOLUTION: There may be a difference in the fluorescent characteristics between the condition that a fluorescent dye is coupled with the end of the peptide probe and association is generated as the fluorescent dye and the condition that the association is disengaged, and using the difference existing, the phenomenon that the association condition is eliminated when a complex body is formed in the peptide probe is sensed by an optical means as a difference in the fluorescent characteristics, and existence or none of formation of the complex body in the peptide probe is sensed.
