PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tube with an inner surface groove in which an inner tube of a heat transfer tube 1 having a welded part 1a continuously in a tube axis direction is partitioned to a plurality of regions W1, W2 continued along a tube axis direction at the welded part 1a as a reference boundary, many small fins 10, 11 are formed in parallel in the each region, and a boundary line 1b between the region W1 adjacent to the welded part 1a and the other region W2 adjacent to the region is formed in a zigzag manner to the tube axis direction, and a disconnection is not brought about at the welded part. SOLUTION: The tube with the inner surface groove comprises many auxiliary fins 12 each having a fin height lower than those of the fins 10, 11 and formed along the tube axis direction L in the regions W1, W2.
