PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic resin composition excellent in a permanent antistatic effect, mechanical strengths and moldability. SOLUTION: This resin composition consists of a thermoplastic resin (A) having an ester linkage and polyetheresteramide (B) and contains an acidic phosphoric ester (C) and a salt (D) of an alkali metal and/or an alkaline earth metal wherein the weight ratio of (C)/(D) is 1-50 and the total weight of (C) and (D) is 0.001-5.0 wt.% of the total weight of the thermoplastic resins.
