BAKED PRODUCT PLACING PLATE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a baked product placing plate free from deformation caused by heat strain though the heated plate is thrown into water and cleaned. SOLUTION: Projecting parts 2 and recess parts 3 are formed alternately at the baked product placing plate 1, and small holes for dropping of oil is bored in the inside of the recess parts 4. These small holes are connected with a slit-state hole 4 to divide the plate 1 into multiple parts as a surface to prevent heat strain.
