PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a desk with a panel which eliminates the biasing of the panel when arranged being butted with the top board while preventing the narrowing of the effective area of the surface of the desk by enabling the mounting of the panel sticking out of the end parts of the desk body and the top board. SOLUTION: Mounting holes 10a and 10b facing vertically with respective upper ends thereof opened upward are provided at upper parts of left and right ends of the rear end part of the desk body 1 and lower end parts of support rods 8 facing vertically so bent almost in a crank that the axis thereof on the side of the upper part thereof is outside the axis of the lower end part thereof are fitted into both the mounting holes 10a and 10b to let them be mounted sticking by a specified dimension out of the rear end of a desk body 1. In this manner, a panel 15 is mounted sticking out of the rear end or the side end of the desk body 1 simply by fitting it into the upper part sides of the support rods 8 and thus, the desk can be used in common with another desk adjacent thereto without narrowing the effective area of the surface of the desk with the panel.
