PURPOSE: An RF picture communication and TV receiving device of a wire/wireless telephone set is provided to realize the wireless image conversation and the TV broadcasting signal receiving in a portable unit. CONSTITUTION: In a wire/wireless telephone set, a fixed unit includes a tuner for receiving TV broadcasting signals, and a transmitter for transmitting voice and images in case of picture conversation and images and voices in case of TV broadcasting signal receiving with 2.4GHz RF signals, and a portable unit includes a tuner(208) for tuning the 2.4GHz RF signals and a TFT LCD(Thin Film Transistor Liquid Crystal Display;213) for displaying the images.
