PURPOSE: An arthroscopic cannula with one or two grooves is provided to achieve a secure nonslip knot by pushing the knot with the grooves in order to prevent a first knot from being unknoted before a second knot being completed. CONSTITUTION: The arthroscopic cannula is formed on its distal portion, to be inserted inside a human body, with two grooves spaced apart from each other at a distance of 3 millimeters. The portion between the grooves is shaped into a sharp form in order to push a first knot temporary according as the sharp portion is entered between two threads.
