PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switch circuit that can enhance an insertion loss characteristic between a transmission circuit and an antenna at transmission and suppress harmonies at transmission in an excellent way. SOLUTION: The switch circuit switches the connection between an antenna and a transmission circuit and between the antenna and a reception circuit, and is characterized in that the switch circuit includes a 1st diode whose anode is connected to the transmission circuit and whose cathode is connected to the antenna, and a 1st transmission line connected to the 1st diode and also to ground via a 2nd capacitor, and is configured such that a 1st inductor is connected to a connection point between the 1st transmission line and the 2nd capacitor, a 6th capacitor is connected between the 1st inductor and ground, and a forward bias voltage is applied to the 1st diode via the 1st inductor.
