PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a microphone the performance of which can be stabilized without depending on the skill of an operator. SOLUTION: In the microphone, a pair of holding members 8 and 9 are arranged separated in an axial direction inside of a case 10 having a cylindrical side wall, and the multiple lead wires 11 of acoustic-electric conversion elements 5 and 6 held between the holding members are led out from nearly the center of axis part of the holding members and lead out to the outside through the center of axis part of a substrate 12 constituting the end wall of the case. The microphone is provided with a wiring holder 1 which is mounted between the holding members and a substrate where the lead wires are led out and having lead wire put-through holes 2 for putting the lead wires through in an axial direction to curve outward in a radial direction at positions obtained by nearly equally dividing a peripheral direction at least by the number of the lead wires on the same circumference with the center of the axis of the case.
