PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a commodity rack of a serpentine type having a simple structure which can be manufactured easily, in which a plurality of commodity guide paths are formed in parallel with each other, each entirely vertically extending in a serpentine form by assembling front and rear walls each consisting of a plurality of curved guide plates between a pair of side plates. SOLUTION: A guide path unit 30 or 32 comprises a single commodity guide path formed with an integral plate hardware 41 which is integrally formed by directly connecting at least one of the guide plates 40 to the right and left side plates 34 and 34. The plurality of the guide path units 30 and 32 are longitudinally connected with each other to form a goal commodity rack entirely including a plurality of commodity guide paths.
