PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming device obtained by making a process unit to be light-weight and compact. SOLUTION: In the image forming device obtained by constituting the process unit 21 having multiple development units to be housed in a casing 23 and developing the latent image of a photosensitive body with the photosensitive body to be drawable in the direction of crossing with the carrying direction of a recording paper, each of the respective development units is constituted in a state where the unit can be taken out upward from the draw-out surface by drawing out the unit 21, toner containers to be mounted to the respective development unit is constituted so that they can respectively be taken out and exchanged in the same direction as the draw out direction of the unit 21 in the state of mounting the development unit to a device main body.
