PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an e-mail transmission system capable of simultaneously distributing e-mail with a respectively corresponding mail document in accordance with the condition of an e-mail receiver and the form of the terminal machine the e-mail receiver has. SOLUTION: A terminal machine 10 is provided with a customer database 10A for storing customer data files F where individual information on the e-mail receiver including mail address data is recorded, and a document database 10B for storing mail text data prepared in a plurality of different forms in each of mail contents, selects the mail text data of a form fitting each customer on the basis of the record of a customer data file F read from a mail receiver database, and prepares a mail file to be transmitted to the customer by attaching the mail address data of the customer data file F to the mail text data read from the database 10A by this selection.
